a. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, you have the possibility to return any non-personalized product within 14 days of receiving your order . To initiate a return, fill out our contact form .

In order for your request to be processed, it is imperative that the returned product is in new condition, with its original labels intact. You will be able to choose between an exchange or a refund, made on the payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that the return costs are the responsibility of the buyer , except in the event of an error on our part or a defect in the product.

b. Custom jerseys

In accordance with the 3rd of article L221-28 of the Consumer Code , in force in the European Union, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products . Consequently, flocked jerseys cannot be exchanged or refunded.

In case of error or omission in the customization requested by the customer, Samurai Football cannot be held responsible, and the product will not be refundable . We recommend that you carefully check the details of your order before confirming it. You can request the modification of your customization at any time by filling out our contact form , as long as your order has not yet been processed.

c. Ethical commitment in the customization of jerseys

We take the personalization of jerseys very seriously and adhere to strict ethical standards. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse the printing of inappropriate names or messages. In such a case, we will either offer to cancel the order and refund the customer, or ship the product without personalization and refund the personalization fee.
