↩️ Can I return my Japan jersey if I don't like it?

Yes, returns are possible within 14 days of receipt, provided the jersey is unworn, unwashed, and with its tags still attached. However, jerseys with custom printing are not eligible for return.

📦 What are the delivery times?

Our delivery times are generally 7 to 14 business days after shipping. In some cases, particularly depending on the country of delivery, customs controls, or the time of year, delivery may take a little longer.

🔍 My order tracking isn't updating, what should I do?

It's normal for tracking to sometimes remain unchanged for a few days. Depending on your destination country, the tracking number you receive is for your local carrier; tracking details will appear once the package is in their hands. A lack of updates does not mean your package is not shipped or not moving.

🔴 My package is lost, what should I do?

This type of situation remains extremely rare. If your package is declared lost or damaged by the carrier, you are covered by our guarantees and our team will assist you in finding a suitable solution (reshipment or refund). However, Samurai Football cannot be held responsible in case of an error in the address provided at the time of the order. Please remember to carefully check your delivery information before validating.
