These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use apply to all orders placed on the Samurai Football website. By confirming an order on our website, the customer acknowledges that they have read these terms and accepts them without reservation.

Samurai Football sells concept jerseys inspired by the world of football, Japanese culture, sporting imagination and strong visual references. Our products are carefully created to offer original, expressive pieces that stand apart from classic football jerseys.

1. Products offered

The products presented on Samurai Football are concept jerseys, designed as original creations around football, visual identity, Japanese culture and different graphic universes.

Each product page presents the main characteristics of the product: visuals, available sizes, possible options, personalization, price and estimated delivery times. We make every effort to provide descriptions that are as accurate as possible.

2. Product visuals and possible variations

The photographs and visuals of the products presented on the website are not contractual. Variations may exist, particularly due to lighting, display quality, contrast, color temperature or the way each screen interprets colors.

As a result, slight differences in color, contrast, texture, relief or visual rendering between the images presented on the website and the product received cannot be considered a lack of conformity, provided that they do not substantially alter the nature of the product ordered.

We make every effort to present the products as faithfully as possible, including through multiple visuals, detailed images and complete descriptions.

If in doubt before purchasing, the customer is invited to view all available visuals or to contact our customer service to obtain further information.

3. Price and payment

The final price of the order is indicated before payment is confirmed. It includes the price of the selected products, any personalization options, any delivery fees and applicable discounts.

Payment is made using the payment methods offered on the website at the time of ordering, namely: bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), or other methods such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

The order is considered confirmed only after payment confirmation.

4. Order preparation and shipping

Orders are carefully prepared from our warehouses located in Asia. We work with selected factories chosen for their reliability, preparation quality, logistical organization and commitment to responsible order management. Each product is checked before shipment in order to reduce errors and ensure a reliable customer experience.

Our shipments are handled through international transit. This means that the parcel may pass through several logistics platforms before arriving in the destination country.

5. Usual delivery times

Usual delivery times are 7 to 14 business days after shipment for most destinations.

These delivery times are generally respected, and some orders may even be delivered faster. However, they may vary depending on the period, logistics traffic, customs checks, public holidays, busy periods or the specific procedures of the destination country.

For some countries, longer delivery times may be required.

Examples:

  • United States: parcels are generally handed over to USPS after arriving on US territory. The estimated delivery time is usually 10 to 20 business days.
  • Luxembourg, Cyprus, Portugal, Israel, as well as certain islands and overseas territories: some shipments are delivered in two stages via our European hub, with signature upon delivery. In this case, the estimated delivery time may be 12 to 20 business days.
  • Some countries or territories may experience occasional delays due to customs checks or local procedures.

These delivery times are given as an indication and correspond to the delivery times usually observed.

6. Order tracking

A tracking link is sent to the customer as soon as the carrier provides us with the necessary information. Tracking may sometimes remain without updates for several days, especially when the parcel is in international transit or waiting to be registered by the local carrier.

A temporary lack of tracking updates does not automatically mean that the parcel is lost or not moving.

7. Delivery delays and commercial gestures

Samurai Football applies a clear commercial policy in order to reassure customers in case of unusual delays:

  • Except for the countries or areas mentioned in section 5, if an order is not delivered within 14 business days after shipment, the customer may request a €7 commercial credit valid on a future order.
  • If an order is not delivered within 30 business days after shipment, Samurai Football will refund the order, even if it is delivered later.

In the event of a confirmed issue with the order, including confirmed parcel loss, significant damage or a recognized delivery anomaly, the customer may choose between:

  • a reshipment of the order
  • a refund to the original payment method.

This commercial policy does not limit the consumer's legal rights.

8. Parcel marked as delivered but not received

When a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier but the customer states that they have not received it, Samurai Football opens an investigation with the carrier or asks the customer to check the available information: neighbors, caretaker, drop-off point, mailbox, proof of delivery or possible signature.

The customer must contact us quickly after the "delivered" status appears so that the investigation can be carried out as efficiently as possible.

Depending on the outcome of the investigation, Samurai Football will offer an appropriate solution: reshipment, refund or additional assistance.

If the carrier provides sufficient proof of delivery, a signature or a compliant delivery confirmation, Samurai Football reserves the right to review the case individually before making any commercial decision.

9. Incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable address

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order. Samurai Football cannot be held responsible for any delay, return, blockage or loss of a parcel caused by:

  • an incomplete address;
  • an error in the name, street, postal code or city;
  • a missing building number, floor, apartment number or essential address detail;
  • an undeliverable address;
  • an error in the destination country;
  • a lack of response from the customer to the carrier's requests.

If an order is returned to us due to an address error or delivery failure attributable to the customer, reshipment may be offered. Reshipping fees may be requested.

10. Customs fees and local taxes

Samurai Football organizes its shipments in a way that minimizes the risk of customs fees for its customers as much as possible. In practice, our parcels are sent in formats designed to avoid these fees. Our customers never have to pay customs fees upon receipt of their order.

However, customs procedures may change depending on the country, carriers or decisions made by local authorities. If legitimate customs fees were exceptionally requested from the customer upon delivery, the customer is invited to contact Samurai Football before making any payment, or immediately after payment with clear proof. After verification, Samurai Football may cover these fees.

Please note: Samurai Football cannot be held responsible for scam attempts, fake SMS messages, fake delivery emails, fake payment links or fraudulent requests claiming to come from a carrier or customs authority.

The customer must always verify the origin of any payment request before paying anything.

11. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, consumers generally have a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal in the context of a distance purchase, without having to justify their decision. This period generally starts from receipt of the goods.

To exercise this right, the customer must contact Samurai Football within 14 days of receiving their order.

The returned product must be:

  • unworn;
  • unwashed;
  • undamaged;
  • complete;
  • with its tags;
  • returned in a condition suitable for resale.

Return costs in the case of a simple withdrawal remain the responsibility of the customer. After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund is made to the original payment method.

12. Personalized products and flocked jerseys

In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

As a result, personalized, flocked or modified jerseys according to the customer's instructions cannot be exchanged or refunded under the right of withdrawal.

This includes, in particular, jerseys with:

  • a personalized name;
  • a personalized number;
  • a player's name requested by the customer;
  • a specific message;
  • any specific personalization added at the customer's request.

This exclusion does not deprive the customer of their rights in the event of a proven defect, an error attributable to Samurai Football or a real conformity issue.

13. Error or omission in personalization

The customer is responsible for the information entered or communicated when placing the order. If the customer indicates only a name without a number, Samurai Football will print only the name, and vice versa.

If the customer makes a spelling mistake, number error, inversion, omission or ambiguous wording, Samurai Football cannot be held responsible if the product is personalized according to the information provided.

The customer must therefore carefully check their personalization before confirming the order. For any special instructions, the customer may contact us quickly after placing the order. We will do our best to take the request into account, provided that preparation has not already started.

14. Ethical commitment in personalization

Samurai Football attaches great importance to jersey personalization while respecting strict ethical standards. We reserve the right to refuse the printing of names, messages or mentions that we consider to be:

  • insulting;
  • hateful;
  • racist;
  • discriminatory;
  • violent;
  • sexually explicit;
  • inciting hatred;
  • harming a person, community or institution;
  • contrary to the image or values of Samurai Football.

In this case, Samurai Football may offer the customer:

  • cancellation of the order with a refund;
  • shipment of the product without personalization, with a refund of the personalization fees;
  • a modification of the personalization if the customer replies within a timeframe compatible with order preparation.

Without a response to emails from Samurai Football, only the personalization will be refunded and the jersey will be shipped without flocking.

15. Defective, damaged or non-compliant product

If the customer receives a product with an obvious defect, damage or an error attributable to Samurai Football, they must contact our customer service as soon as possible with:

  • a clear photo of the product laid flat;
  • a detailed photo of the defect;
  • a photo of the received packaging if necessary;
  • the order number;
  • a precise description of the issue.

After investigation and review of the case, Samurai Football may offer:

  • a partial refund;
  • a reshipment;
  • an exchange;
  • a full refund.

The solution will depend on the nature of the defect, its authenticity, its significance and whether or not the issue can be corrected.

16. Lost, damaged order or delivery incident

In the event of loss confirmed by the carrier, significant transport-related damage or a proven incident preventing the proper receipt of the order, Samurai Football will offer the customer:

  • either a free reshipment;
  • or a refund to the original payment method.

The customer must report any incident to us within a reasonable timeframe so that we can open an investigation with the carrier.

17. Refunds

When a refund is approved, it is made to the payment method used when placing the order.

The time it takes for the refund to appear then depends on the bank, payment provider or payment method used. It is generally a few business days.

18. Use of the website

The customer agrees to use the Samurai Football website in a normal, fair and lawful manner.

It is forbidden to use the website to:

  • disrupt its operation;
  • attempt to fraudulently access data;
  • mass-copy its content;
  • harm Samurai Football or its customers;
  • place fraudulent orders;
  • use false personal information;
  • circumvent payment, delivery or personalization rules.

Samurai Football reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel any order that appears suspicious, fraudulent, abusive or contrary to these terms.

19. Website availability

Samurai Football makes every effort to keep its website continuously accessible.

However, access to the website may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, updates, technical issues, external incidents or force majeure.

Samurai Football cannot be held responsible for a temporary unavailability of the website beyond its control.

20. Personal data

The personal data collected when placing an order is necessary for processing it: identity, address, email, possible phone number, delivery information and payment-related information.

This data is used only for order management, customer service, delivery, tracking, billing and legal obligations.

Samurai Football does not sell its customers' personal data.

The customer may request access to, correction or deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable regulations.

21. Samurai Football intellectual property rights

All elements present on the Samurai Football website are protected by intellectual property rules.

This includes, in particular:

  • the Samurai Football name;
  • texts;
  • product pages;
  • descriptions;
  • visuals;
  • graphic creations;
  • photographs;
  • montages;
  • design elements;
  • the website's visual identity;
  • marketing content;
  • page structure;
  • slogans, concepts and original presentations.

Any unauthorized reproduction, copying, modification, distribution, extraction, reuse or exploitation, whether total or partial, is prohibited.

Purchasing a product on Samurai Football does not grant the customer any intellectual property rights over the associated creations, visuals, designs or content.

22. Concept creations and third-party references

Samurai Football offers concept jerseys inspired by football, Japanese culture, sporting imagination, visual symbols, national colors and different creative universes.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Samurai Football is not officially affiliated with any federation, club, equipment brand, competition, license, player, sports organization or third-party rights holder.

Names, trademarks, logos, sports or cultural references belonging to third parties remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. When certain references are used for descriptive, cultural, artistic or informational purposes, they are used with respect for their owner.

23. Prohibition of fraudulent resale or unauthorized commercial use

Samurai Football products are intended for personal use or authorized resale within a legal framework. Any abusive commercial use of Samurai Football visuals, texts, designs or content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

In particular, it is forbidden to:

  • copy our product pages;
  • reuse our visuals to sell competing products;
  • present our creations as their own;
  • use our brand name without authorization;
  • reproduce our designs through another supplier;
  • create advertisements using our content without written agreement.

Samurai Football reserves the right to take any useful action in the event of infringement of its rights.

24. Limitation of liability

Samurai Football cannot be held responsible for consequences related to:

  • an address error provided by the customer;
  • the customer's absence during delivery;
  • refusal of delivery;
  • failure to collect the parcel;
  • an external scam attempt involving a fake carrier or fake email;
  • improper use of the product;
  • washing that does not follow the care instructions;
  • normal wear and tear;
  • modification of the product by the customer;
  • a delay caused by a customs check, strike, natural disaster, carrier incident or force majeure.

This limitation does not apply to the legal guarantees enjoyed by the consumer.

25. Customer service

For any question concerning an order, delivery, return, personalization or product received, the customer may contact Samurai Football at the following address: contact@samurai-football.com

Our team is English-speaking and will process all requests within 24 to 72 business hours. The customer is invited to provide:

  • their order number;
  • their name;
  • the email address used when placing the order;
  • a clear description of the request;
  • photos if the issue concerns a received product.

26. Cookie policy
