Our delivery times are generally 7 to 14 business days after shipment. In some cases, particularly depending on the country of delivery, customs checks, or the time of year, delivery may take a little longer.
🔍 My order tracking isn't updating, what should I do?
It's normal for tracking to sometimes remain unchanged for a few days. Depending on your destination country, the tracking number you receive is for your local carrier; tracking details will appear once the package is in their hands. A lack of updates does not mean your package is not shipped or not moving.

This type of situation remains extremely rare.
